Reviewed financial statements put net financial debt at €5.131 million, down 11% since year-end 2025

Lleida, 21 October 2026 – Lleida.net (BME:LLN, EPA:ALLLN), the listed technology services company, reported a net profit of €354,000 for the first half of 2026.

Revenue amounted to €9.234 million and EBITDA to €1.572 million, against €10.134 million and €2.195 million respectively in the first half of 2025.

The figures are drawn from the interim consolidated financial statements, which have been subject to a limited review by the auditors, and confirm the preliminary results published on 4 August.

Profit before tax stands at €426,000, compared with the €434,000 previously reported, while net financial debt comes in €91,000 better than the preliminary figure.

The revenue performance reflects the company’s change of business model, under which high-value wholesale contracts are being replaced by thousands of end customers.

The customer base is growing faster than business volume.

Customer base

Lleida.net invoiced 5,567 unique customers during the half, an increase of 52%, and issued 14,002 invoices, up 28%.

The company ended June with 12,545 active customers, a record high.

Revenue by business line

Notification revenue rose 15% to €1.318 million, the strongest half-year in its history.

ICX Wholesale, the wholesale business and the largest by revenue, generated €3.135 million, compared with €3.544 million a year earlier.

SMS Solutions invoiced €1.977 million (H1 2025: €2.121 million); Contracting, €1.606 million (€1.955 million); and Other SaaS, €1.198 million (€1.364 million).

SaaS services increased their share of revenue to 44.6%, from 44.1% a year earlier.

Year-on-year comparison (H1 2025 vs H1 2026)

Gross margin was €5.074 million, or 55% of revenue, compared with €5.733 million and 57% a year earlier.

Staff costs amounted to €2.759 million, a saving of 5%, and external services to €1.208 million.

EBITDA excluding capitalised R&D, which totalled €465,000, was €1.107 million, compared with €1.663 million a year earlier.

Operating profit was €493,000 and profit before tax €426,000, against €1.155 million and €970,000 respectively in the first half of 2025.

The net finance result improved by 64%, with net finance costs of €67,000 compared with €185,000 a year earlier.

Variations from the preliminary results

The differences arise from the remuneration of the Board of Directors, reclassified from external services to staff costs, the provision against customer balances and an adjustment to exchange differences.

Net profit of €354,000 includes a corporation tax charge of €72,000.

Debt reduction

Net financial debt stood at €5.131 million at 30 June, a reduction of €654,000 since the 2025 year-end.

Gross financial debt fell by 10% to €6.3 million. The ratio of net financial debt to annualised EBITDA stands at 1.63x, compared with 1.43x at the 2025 year-end.

Equity rose by €358,000 to €5.894 million.

Working capital improved by €321,000 over the half, in line with one of the Group’s objectives for 2026.

Regulatory framework

Since April 2025, Organic Law 1/2025 has required parties to demonstrate that they have attempted an out-of-court settlement before bringing certain civil or commercial claims.

Lleida.net’s Registered email provides evidence of that step. A total of 16 Audiencias Provinciales (Spanish provincial courts) have accepted it in 42 final court orders handed down between October 2025 and September 2026.
