Lleida.net bills 4,902 customers in the third quarter, up 4

September sets a new monthly record for customer numbers; invoices issued rise 29%

Madrid, 3 November 2026 – Listed technology services company Lleida.net (BME:LLN, EPA:ALLLN) billed 4,902 customers in the third quarter of 2026, a 44% increase on the 3,409 recorded in the same period of 2025 and the highest figure in its quarterly series, which began in 2020.

Of these, 4,586 were identified unique customers, up 40% year-on-year, while 316 were walk-in customers (end users who use the service without registering), more than double the 140 reported in the third quarter of 2025.

The company issued 7,947 invoices in the quarter, up 29%.

The figures reflect Lleida.net’s shift in business model: alongside its wholesale business, the company is building a portfolio of thousands of end customers for its registered electronic notification, registered electronic contracting and e-signature services.

Customer base growth

Compared with the third quarter of 2024, the last third quarter before the MASC requirement came into force, the unique customer base has grown 2.2-fold from 2016.

Despite spanning the summer months, the third quarter came in 10% ahead of the second quarter of 2026 (4,163), making it the strongest quarter on record.

September, with 2,656 customers billed, was the best month for customer numbers in the company’s history.

The MASC effect

Spain’s Organic Law 1/2025, in force since 3 April 2025, requires claimants to demonstrate an attempt at out-of-court dispute resolution (known in Spain as MASC) before filing civil or commercial proceedings.

Lleida.net’s Registered email is the service used by law firms and businesses to provide evidence of that attempt. Provincial Courts of Appeal in Navarra, Gipuzkoa and Ourense have ruled, in final judgments, that the company’s Registered email constitutes reliable proof equivalent to burofax, Spain’s traditional registered communication service.

Growth across the portfolio

Third-quarter results, published on 29 October, show the same trend across business lines. Registered electronic notification revenue rose 16% to €655,000, and Other SaaS grew 66% to €618,000, in both cases the highest third-quarter figures since 2020.

End users are gaining weight in two ways: walk-in customers have doubled in a year, and many end users now register to receive an invoice, which means they are counted among the company’s unique customers.

“We billed 4,902 customers in a single quarter, 44% more than a year ago, and September was the best month in our history for customer numbers. MASC brought law firms to us in 2025; in 2026 that growth is continuing and spreading across our entire product portfolio,” said Sisco Sapena, founder and CEO of Lleida.net.

“Thousands of end customers notifying, contracting and signing with us. That is the model, and it is growing every quarter,” he added.

Third-quarter results

On 29 October, Lleida.net reported third-quarter 2026 results: revenue of €4.666 million, up 6%; EBITDA of €882,000, up 10%; and profit before tax of €213,000, up 15%.

Net financial debt fell 9% over the quarter to €4.657 million, equivalent to 1.41 times EBITDA.
