Lleida.net Renews Three-Year Registered Email Contract with
Spain’s SGAEMadrid, Feb. 26 — Spanish listed technology company Lleida.net has renewed a three-year agreement with the Spanish Society of Authors and Publishers (SGAE) to continue providing registered email services, the company said on Wednesday.
“SGAE is an iconic institution in Spain, and we are proud to support its digital transformation with our registered communications solutions,” said Sisco Sapena, founder and chief executive of Lleida.net.
Sapena added that the renewal underscores the company’s ability to meet clients' technological requirements while maintaining high-level compliance and security standards.
Founded in 1995, Lleida.net provides registered notification, electronic contracting, and digital signature services across Europe.
The company holds more than 300 patents in over 60 countries covering registered notification, electronic contracting, and digital signature technologies.
Lleida.net is listed on BME Growth in Madrid, where it has traded for a decade, as well as on Euronext Paris and the Stuttgart and Frankfurt stock exchanges.
